What is Aeroponics?
Aeroponic farming is the process of growing plants in an air or mist environment—without soil. This innovative, soil-free method delivers nutrients and hydration directly to the roots, using up to 95% less water and far less land than traditional farming. The result? Faster-growing, cleaner crops with higher yields—all in a more sustainable way.

How much can I grow?
📦 Commercial Vertical Tower System (Farm Units)Leafy greens & herbs: Average up to 6 oz. per plant per month
With 44 plants per tower, that’s roughly 16.5 pounds of produce per tower, per month*Each 11-section tower holds up to 44 plants, stands 97" tall, and weighs about 220 lbs when full. The base includes a 20-gallon reservoir measuring 30" x 30".
Grows up to 30% more food, 3x faster than traditional soil farming
Actual yield depends on:
Crop variety
Climate and location
Seeding and harvesting cycles
Nutrient balance and system management
*Towers are modular and scalable—customize the number of sections to suit your growing needs.
How much electricity does a Tower Farms unit use?
Each vertical tower system uses approximately 278 watts of electricity per day. Here’s how we calculate that:
The water pump is rated at 58 watts per hour
Following the recommended cycle of 3 minutes on / 12 minutes off, the pump runs for about 4.8 hours per day
Multiply that out: 58 watts × 4.8 hours = 278.4 watts per day
*To estimate your cost, simply multiply this number by your local electricity rate. It's a low-energy, high-efficiency system that supports sustainable growing—indoors or out.
How much water does a vertical tower use?
On average, each vertical tower uses about one gallon of water per day under normal growing conditions.
*To estimate your water usage cost, just multiply the number of towers you’re using by your local water rates. It’s one of the most water-efficient farming methods available—saving up to 95% more water than traditional farming.
Are the towers made from safe materials?
Absolutely. Our tower systems are made using food-grade, UV-protected plastic that’s durable, non-toxic, and built for long-term use.
They meet FDA and European safety standards, ensuring your food stays as clean as your growing method.
What's in the Tower Farms nutrient solution?
Tower Farms uses a proprietary, all-natural ionic mineral solution called Mineral Blend, specially formulated to support all plants—fruits, vegetables, herbs, and flowers—at every stage of growth. No need for separate formulas per crop.
Mineral Blend A
Total Nitrogen (N): 2.0%
Calcium (Ca): 1.0%
Chelated Iron (Fe): 0.05%
Derived from: Calcium Nitrate, Iron Sodium EDTA
Mineral Blend B
Available Phosphate (P₂O₅): 1.0%
Soluble Potash (K₂O): 3.0%
Magnesium (Mg): 0.5%
Sulfur (S): 3.0%
Boron (B): 0.01%
Copper (Cu): 0.001%
Manganese (Mn): 0.01%
Molybdenum (Mo): 0.0005%

This complete nutrient system helps grow healthier, faster, and more flavorful produce—naturally and efficiently.
What’s included in a Tower Farms growing system?
Each Tower Farms system is a turnkey urban farming solution—fully equipped with everything you need to start growing right away:
Vertical Aeroponic Towers (20–52 planting ports)
Irrigation system with pumps, auto-feed + flush, float valves, and gravity tank
Electrical + connection components
Nutrient dosing system (2- or 3-head Aero-Doser, pH doser)
Propagation tools: trays, rockwool, plant tags, benches, and watering wand

Bulk dry fertilizer (mixes up to 20,000 gallons) and rockwool by the case
From setup to harvest, everything’s included—no guesswork. Order Today!
Do I need grow lights?
Indoor farms (and some greenhouse farms — depending on natural light access) need LED grow lights to ensure healthy plant development and management.
When you request a farm estimate, we can suggest the best grow light setup for your specific situation.
What’s the difference between Tower Garden and Tower Farms units?
Tower Garden is designed for home and personal use.
Tower Farms units are built for commercial and large-scale growing, with added features like:

Can we get commercial pricing or custom packages?
Yes. We work with institutions, restaurants, wellness brands, property developers, and more to design scalable food solutions.
Do you provide training or support for growers?
Yes. We provide comprehensive solutions for our Clients. Get guidance on tower setup, crop choices, and harvest planning—and even online resources for ongoing learning.
How much labor is needed?
Smaller Systems: One person can easily manage up to 50 towers.
Larger Farms: Plan for 1 full-time worker per 75–100 towers, plus a farm manager and owner/operator for optimal operations.
Tower growing is cost and time efficient—requiring far less labor than traditional farming.
How does tower-grown produce compare to grocery store produce?
Tower-grown fruits and vegetables are often fresher, more flavorful, and nutrient-rich compared to store-bought options. While grocery store produce is harvested early and shipped long distances to maximize shelf life, tower-grown produce can be harvested at peak ripeness—right before you eat it.
Plus, because it’s grown locally using vertical aeroponics, tower produce:
Has minimal to no transportation or storage needs
Maintains higher nutritional value and crispness
Leaves a smaller carbon footprint
